Scope and acceptance
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of organicappdeveloper.com and educational apps published by Organic App Developer, including current and future tutors and study tools in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, physics, psychology, anatomy, statistics, economics, accounting, algebra, and BioOrchestra. An app listed as “in development” is covered when it becomes available. The portfolio includes the chemistry tutors and reference apps, Biochemistry Tutor, Introductory Biology Tutor, Financial Accounting Tutor, and the current physics, psychology, anatomy, statistics, microeconomics, macroeconomics, and NMR titles, plus planned algebra and BioOrchestra titles. By using a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it.
Educational use
Our products offer explanations, exercises, interactive models, feedback, and study support. They do not replace a course instructor, official course materials, professional advice, or independent verification of an answer. Educational content can contain errors or become outdated. Please report a suspected content error so we can review it. Anatomy and health-related content is educational and is not medical advice.
License and acceptable use
Subject to the applicable store rules and these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use an app for your own educational purposes. You may not redistribute the app or its content, sell access, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer it except as permitted by applicable law. You retain ownership of any original feedback you send; you give us permission to use it to respond and improve the products without identifying you publicly.
Availability and changes
Features, subjects, languages, supported devices, prices, and release dates vary by product and may change. Listings for apps in development describe plans, not a promise of a particular launch date or feature. We may correct content, update or discontinue features, and release new versions. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid disrupting purchased access, subject to platform requirements and circumstances outside our control.
Purchases and restores
Some apps offer paid downloads, in-app purchases, trials, or free access to selected material. The relevant App Store or Google Play listing and purchase screen show the current price and terms before you buy. Apple or Google handles billing, taxes, refunds, subscriptions if offered, and purchase records under its own rules. Use the store’s restore mechanism in the relevant app or contact the store for billing and refund questions. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights.
External services and privacy
Store links and other external sites are operated by third parties under their own terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled across the website and apps; product-specific privacy details may appear in an app or its store listing.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular course or outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Organic App Developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of a product. These terms do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
